Everyone knows that Arsenal could use a top striker to further complement the creativity in their squad.
Edinson Cavani is of the right calibre but, with that deal unlikely, Arsenal are said to be exploring a move for another international striker.
The Daily Mail writes:
One move Arsenal are exploring is a loan switch for Dynamo Moscow striker Aleksandr Kokorin.
The 24-year-old was on a list of potential targets at the start of the weekend, and talks over a temporary switch, with an option to buy, have taken place.
The 24 year old Russian international played in The World Cup last summer and has 45 goals in 193 club appearances for Dynamo Moscow.
So he’s a decent striker.
But don’t Arsenal already have several of those in the form of Danny Welbeck, Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott?
We think that Arsenal need a top tier player for the forward line.
Buying another decent one isn’t going to make the difference for Arsenal where they need it – at the business end of the season and in the knock out stages of The Champions League.
So, while we think he is a quick and mobile player, we think that Arsenal might as well not bother with Kokorin.
Let’s have a look at the Russian star in action.

Wenger should fooling fans. It is his job to cope with tension that will befall throughout the season and fans. Fans can only suffer pyschological trauma from contending clubs and it ends there but it will go down the history books of football that Wenger is a professional failure.
