Special talent

When Steve McClaren took on the job as Newcastle manager, he must have known that it wouldn’t exactly be a bed of roses.

But there is always a temptation to take the reins at a footballing giant, whatever the drawbacks.

Because if he can get Newcastle purring again he will be elevated to hero status on Tyneside.

And one of the great bonuses of taking on this squad is the presence of Rolando Aarons.

The 19 year old broke through into the first team last season and hit 2 goals in 6 games.

He is of course still raw at the age of 19.

But he will surely get more minutes and have a bigger influence in the coming campaign.

A video of him toying with the ball in a highly impressive manner has been posted on YouTube by FFDTV Online and it’s worth a watch.

Pace is an ever more important quality in The Premier League these days and Aarons has it to burn.

His speed, along with these ball skills, are why we expect him to be playing a lot of first team football for Newcastle in the coming season.

He could well become top quality winger over the next few years.

Let’s see him in action.
