What a side

So Chelsea are said to have made a bid for Isco of Real Madrid.

For the few of you who haven’t seen this lad in action, think of a latino Jack Wilshere. He has similar qualities to the England midfielder – great ball control and the desire and ability to slalom through defences and pull opponents out of position.

In short, he looks like the perfect 5 a side player.

But his skills are unquestionable and he would certainly add quality to the Chelsea side. The reason that we think there could be substance to this rumour is because Isco is such an adaptable player.

If Chelsea bought him, Mourinho wouldn’t have to decide on his best team straight away.

Because he could play Isco out wide right like so:

Or through the middle as a roving number ten who plays in between the lines of the opposition defence and midfield, supplying Diego Costa and generally causing havoc, like so.

We prefer the latter formation, not only because it keeps Isco in the centre of the action but also allows Chelsea to retain the pace and power of the oft underrated Willian.

Oscar hasn’t been as impressive as some of his peers over the last year and, if Isco came in, we would be tempted to bench him.

Chelsea fans: let’s have your Isco fuelled line ups.

Turan was targeting Chelsea but not Chelsea who were targeting him,so he was not needed in Chelsea, instead they should try and sign Grieazman, young and talented and score more than Turan,Luis + cash we can get him.
