Manchester City will always be in the market for top players and, although the newish FFP regulations have seriously restricted their ability to spend without consequence, they have still been linked with three of the best players in Europe this summer.

Looks as if he may end up at Barcelona but Manchester City have been linked all summer to one of the few players who could dare to eventually replace the legend that is Yaya Toure.
With his pace, power and exquisite ability, there is little to no doubt that he would make the grade at Manchester City. But, with so many top teams after him, it won’t be easy to acquire this signature.
Kevin de Bruyne
Another who won’t be easy to sign, but the best never are. De Bruyne has exploded since leaving Chelsea and has unbelievable stats in Germany where he hit 16 goals and made 27 assists last season. That’s 27 of the little beauties…
Raheem Sterling
Perhaps the second best player of the three and the most likely to join Manchester City this summer. At this point he is an explosive winger who barely seems to touch the ground when he canes it down the wing. But, if he reaches his potential, he could become a world-beater.
