This will be on of the more interesting stories of the summer.
Arsenal have a lovely looking creative midfield and have struggled to always accommodate Jack Wilshere in it. He has, of course, been afflicted by several injuries in his time at the club and this hasn’t helped his momentum at all.
And we regularly get panned when we try to include him in Arsenal’s strongest XI. But he remains a rare English talent. A genuinely skilful midfielder who loves to run with the ball and strike at the heart of the opposition defence – his ability to carry the ball commits defenders and regualrly pulls teams out of shape.
But there has been reported interest in the lad from Manchester City and this will force Arsenal into giving Wilshere a new contract, according to The Mirror:
Londoners are ready to tear up the final three years of midfielder’s current contract and hand him a five-season package worth £100,000 a week
We do feel that money isn’t going to be the decisive factor in the future of Wilshere. At 23, and after giving a stellar performance for England last week, he will demand game time from his employers next season.
With Yaya Toure coming to the end of the line at City Wilshere may feel that has a better chance of it than at The Emirates. So it’s a tricky situation for Arsene Wenger an one that Arsenal will want to bring to a conclusion sooner rather than later.
Arsenal fans: still indifferent about Wilshere or should the club push the boat out to keep him?

Well done . This is the best news for Arsenal fans before the beginning of the new season . We look forward that the contract issues with Walcott will be solved sooner than later and we turn our attention to sign some gooa players to strengthen the team and squad to be able to do better in the new season .
