It’s a really strong looking Manchester City side who have once again opted for James Milner instead of the more outwardly attacking talents of the slightly unfortunate Jesus Navas. Navas has been on song this season but he doesn’t have too many starts to show for it. He can be a vital tool coming off the bench however and could cause all sorts of damage with his pace against tired legs.
It will be interesting to see if the lack of crowd affects the performance of two teams used to playing in highly charged atmospheres week in week out. But we expect Manchester City to come through this one with three points, despite their rather patchy form in this competition hitherto.
