More often than not transfer rumours tend to get regurgitated these days. Accordingly, this won’t be the first time that we have reported the link between Arsenal and Antoine Griezmann.
The 23-year-old Frenchman has just been named for the World Cup squad and his star is certainly rising.
And Arsenal don’t appear to be the only suitors for his signature. But reports today suggest that are planning to make a serious move for him this summer:
Arsenal are eyeing a move for highly-rated Antoine Griezmann, who will cost £18m from Real Sociedad
The 23-year-old has been named in Didier Deschamps’ France squad.
Arsene Wenger is also considering a sensational move for former Gunner Cesc Fabregas
But he will have to fight off the Manchester clubs.
Griezmann has been flying over the last season scoring 20 goals in 49 appearances for Real Sociedad and offering great service for teammates from the wide areas – it’s easy to forget with that sort of scoring ratio that this guy is essentially a winger.
He seems like an Arsenal type of player in that he can offer cover in various positions but love to play on the wing.
We regularly state that there is seldom smoke without fire and Arsenal keep getting linked to wide men so expect at least one to come in the summer.
Let’s take a look at him in action. Arsenal fans: keen?

Wenger’s plan for the three star players is a welcome one. But in addition, Arsenal needs a strong cover in Sagna’s position and a potential midfield holder to strongly contest for more trophies next season.

wenger must sign grezhman, fabregas, and daniel sturridge
don’t forget starridge is a good strike which is difficult to marked by defender if he is brought to arsenal attact
the answer will be champions every season

Sturridge is very useless, we would rather remain with Giroud or promote Akpom than sturridge
