Don’t you wish sometimes that you could have a nice long sleep from the end of May and wake up on the first day of the season? This way you could avoid all the ups and downs of the summer transfer market. You wouldn’t have to get disappointed when the new Ronaldo opts for your biggest rival instead of your club. You wouldn’t have to do all that hoping. You could just sleep for months, happily farting involuntarily, until the first day of the season comes around and you can see who is in your team. But, in reality, we just can’t look away! It’s like a scab that has to be itched no matter how hard you try to resist!
Well, we all know that Liverpool need more quality out wide. Today, Wigan’s young speed demon Victor Moses has fanned the flames of transfer frenzy by stating that there may be interest in him from Liverpool as well as the much reported Chelsea speculation.
When he moved from Crystal Palace a couple of years ago he was seen as a future star of the game but he remains somewhat enigmatic – a match winner one week and anonymous the next. But, at 21, he is at an age of inconsistency and may well fulfill his heady potential. So let’s think of him, for now, simply as a sometime match winner. He is quoted as saying:
“I don’t know for now , but there’s a link for me to Liverpool, Chelsea and some other clubs in England,” …… “If the offer is cool, why not, I will move.”
So, Liverpool fans, is the versatile Moses good enough for Liverpool FC? Do you want him and is he worth the reported £12m price tag?

Good Enough??? you must be off your meds if you consider Moses to be “good enough” for the Liverpool shirt. Take a better look at his stats and you’ll see he’s just as unreliable as Downing. If we’re to spend 15mil on a player, it certainly shouldn’t be wasted on him. I’d offer 6 mil at best. YNWA!!!!!

Not for £12m!!! We haven’t got money to waste this transfer window. That was last summer! Must be equally good and cheaper players in European leagues – and Russian leagues- lots if brazilians play in Russia .

Lets hope Moses stays as far away from Liverpool as possible. Taking a look at this guys stats, he fails to excite me in being an addition to the club. He is far to inconsistent when it comes to providing goal scoring opportunities and scoring for that matter, and with Liverpool having a poor conversion rate last season, this isn’t what we can afford to gamble on. Having him come off the bench to support the team later in the game maybe; but he is not starting XI material.

he has a year left on his contract is on small wages the fee will be around £5m for whoever signs the lad shows potential could be a decent player he is worth a punt at that kind of deal price but the figure you are quoting is picked out the stars because even Dave Wheelan set a fee of only £8m i would be willing to bet its nearer my figure than tour £12m

12million is too steep a price for Moses. Not that he is not a good player, there are better alternatives. Right now, I have difficulty trying to determine if he is a striker or winger, so no, I do not want to see another player suffering the same fate as STRIKER Dirk Kuyt.

Signing V. Moses is adding salt to injury. His mates are in Wigan that’s always struggling to show talent. Liverpool is cracking brain to off load MAXI and co. and wanting to sign another David Ngog. May God help Liverpool and show them the good path to trod.

Liverpool should not sign this player. How many goal and assist he can make for every season? 12 milion is overprice for player like him.Not more than 5milion.Spend wisely, british players cannot give very much performance. If they are good, please look to EURO 2012.Only 1 worldcup wining in history.Very dissapointed.

for those who are crying because of the £12-15m valuation on this player – hes 100 times better than flop carroll, so why not? even though you guys talk of “stats”, compare his stats to carroll AND downing combined. Full stop.
But obviously, it has been the liverpool way to NOT sign any black players, i dunno why

sign him. He is a good player. speed, skill and a natural winger who can score goals, that needs Liverpool to challenge top 4.

Rakz, Dis is pure footballing matter. If V Moses is nt gud enough for our darling club we all suport wit pasion let us discus it & if posible back it up wit stat nt attaching sentiment to it bcos he’s black & u’r also black. I’m a black man & i’m proud of my colour bt even if Moses is my brother d fact remains we need a better player. YNWA
