The youngster went on trial to Tottenham in October and clearly impressed, if these reports are to be believed.
The Spurs boss has blooded some sublime youngsters over the last year such as Harry Kane, Eric Dier and perhaps most notably Dele Alli, who is still only 19.
So there is a slight prospect of Tracey getting game time this season. He is very well built for a youngster and has composure beyond his years.
