The Guardian Rumour Mill reports today that Roberto Mancini has run out of patience with the prodigious but inconsistent England winger Adam Johnson and is planning to sell him in the summer.
Sunderland and Everton are reported to be the initial suitors but, if he does come onto the market, there will surely be more interest in the youngster. He has had an up and down time of it in the Premier League this season and perhaps he will feel that he needs more game time than he can expect at the star studded City.
So, Manchester City fans, would you be happy to offload Adam Johnson at the end of the season or is it important to retain a decent nucleus of English talent in the side?
