Liverpool are reportedly close to landing the signature of Manchester City youngster, Rafael Camacho.
The Reds are believed to have had eyes on the youngster since he netted three goals in five appearances for his national (Portugal) U-16 side.
The 15-year-old’s move from Sporting Lisbon to Manchester City in 2014 got the attention and attraction of the Reds to monitor his exploits.
Camacho, however, was not expecting to be offered a professional contract at the Etihad Stadium.
According to ESPN, Liverpool are in advanced talks with the youngster about taking him to Anfield.
Meanwhile, the Merseyside outfit, who will take on Sevilla in the Europa League final in Basel on May 18, are preparing for tonight’s Premier League match against Chelsea at Anfield.
