Origi: Win is one for children to come

Origi

Liverpool striker, Divork Origi has expressed his joy to the dramatic 4-3 comeback at Anfield and has described last night’s victory over Borussia Dortmund as a “Special moment.”

The Reds, were close to their exit from the European campaign when the Black and Yellows scored twice in 10 minutes to increase the chances in the competition.

However goals from Divork Origi, Philippe Coutinho, Mamadou Sakho and Dejan Lovren ensured that Dortmund were booted out of the competition.

“We can tell our children and grandchildren. When we scored the first goal we felt it was going to be a special moment,” Origi told BT Sport.

The 25-minute astonishing comeback saw Liverpool through to the semis and served a repeat of their emphatic comeback win over AC Milan in the 2005 Champions League final.

Sevilla, Shakhtar Donetsk and Villarreal, are also through to the semi finals.
