Was injured two seasons ago, shortly after signing for Chelsea. He was hoping to go to The World Cup but his dreams were shattered by a serious injury and he is still returning to the boil after all this time.
He was on loan at Milan last season where he played 17 games and scored 1 goal.
But at 22, the 6ft 1in Dutch star is technically excellent and could become a commanding midfielder in The Premier League over the next couple of years. Jose Mourinho rarely gets it wrong in the market and Van Ginkel could be a great signing for Newcastle. On loan or permanently.
Patrick Bamford
The 21 year old England U21 star has been on fire during his two loan spells over the last couple of seasons, proving himself to be a natural goalscorer.
He got 8 in 23 for Derby and scored 19 in 43 for Middlesbrough last season as he was a crucial member of their Premier League push.
