Superb news for Manchester United

The good news keepeth coming

So Mata has come in to give everyone at Manchester United a huge boost. It may not be ‘Manchester City beware’ as far as the title is concerned this season. Manchester United are 13 points back from their cross city rivals and 14 off the title pace overall.

The gap may be too big even for the likes of Manchester United to bridge this season. But you can see that David Moyes is building for the future and in Juan Mata Manchester United have a real star of just 25 years of age – he has 7 years left at the top at least.

Many will hope that Manchester United have a strong end to the transfer window and at least one more player signs before January closes.

But even if more new recruits don’t come into Manchester United this month the club has had a great boost today with the news that three of their key players are back in full training.

Marouane Fellaini, RvP and Wayne Rooney all trained today with the squad and you feel that at least one of the two main strikers will start against Cardiff on Tuesday evening.

It may be unwise and too soon to put both strikers into the team so you might imagine that Juan Mata will start in the hole – probably behind Rooney.

As for Fellaini, with Micheal Carrick out injured for another month, the Belgian must grasp the nettle. His presence could be crucial to Manchester United over the next 4-5 weeks and he really needs to make a better impression than he did before his wrist op.

With the creativity in the Manchester United squad right now Fellaini just needs to be a good shield for the defence and provide solidity in the engine room. The next couple of months will be crucial in the Belgian’s career.

But, overall, the good news just keeps pouring in for Manchester United fans.

Reply Tublu: your comments are full of bitter and sour grapes. Surely you must be sulking and feeling grumpy on losing your ‘twice’ player of the year and crowd favourite (Mata) to Man United. As far as buying a title….did Chelski not start their ‘buying a Epl and CL title’ by purchasing Seba Veron from Man United!

United have only spent money they have earned as a club, just like 99% of the other clubs in the league, not through a Sugar Daddies deep pockets like the titles chelski and citeh have bought plastic success plastic history plastic team! Chelski are just a West Ham Utd with money.. The only difference is West Ham have more of a history than your plastic lot..!..

Tublu, the only thing desperate here is your comment. Trying to hide your disappointment that United will be a force again next season. Guess what; all big clubs buy players i.e. Real Madrid, Barce, Bayern etc. Live with it.
