Report: Real Madrid in last minute mega move

Great player

Reports in Spain suggest that despite Real Madrid having an embarrassment of riches in their squad they might make another foray into the market before the deadline.

Because, having sold the attacking talents of Angel di Maria and Alvaro Morata you could argue that they need extra cover up top.

Marca, who usually gets it right with speculation pertaining to Real Madrid, reckons that the club could make an enquiry about the availability of Manchester United man Javier Hernandez.

The striker appears to be surplus to requirements at Manchester United and several clubs have shown an interest in the Mexican.

But when Real Madrid come calling most players are interested and Chicharito will be no different.

Marca says:

Less than 48 hours to close the transfer market in England and there is talk of the transfer of Javier Hernández to Real Madrid.

Hernandez is known as a ‘super sub’ in England. He’s never let Manchester United down but has rarely been a first choice at the club with Rooney and Van Persie ahead of him in the pecking order.

He is one of the more likely players to leave United before the end of the window and the club may prefer to sell abroad than to a direct rival.

Let’s see him in action. Real Madrid fans: the perfect option?
