When LvG signed for Manchester United he told the press to judge him after three months.

The ever eager media obviously set their alarms because, three months to the day after he arrived (July 16th) they started asking him questions about whether he believed that he had delivered.

We think that it’s a rather unfair question for Van Gaal given the insane amount of injuries that the Manchester United boss has suffered in his early days.

It started so well for him but injuries started to mount in pre-season and are only just beginning to abate now.

It will be much more fair to judge him in a month when his players are fit and he has faced Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal.

With those games forthcoming it’s great to see that many players have returned to training for Manchester United this week after injury.

Chris Smalling, Ander Herrera, Phil Jones and Ashley Young were all present for full training with the squad this week and their returns couldn’t come soon enough.

Well come back to both Jones and Carrick – we hope to see you fit for the City/Chelsea games. In regards of Young and Smalling i can’t say the same because of there regular inconsistent forms!

I believe in LVG and also in Red Devils cos we are always the winner. Am also glad for the lives of Carrick n’ Jones n’ smalling. We shouldn’t leave any stone on turn this time around for Chelsea n’ Man city. Arsenals are babies cos of their inconsistency. No hanky panky this time around Red Devils

Good to see ManUnited bench with quality players- Carrick, Smalling, Evans, Mata, Januzai, Valencia, Young etc and a first team with De Gea, Rafeal, Jones, Rojo, Shaw, Dimaria, Herrera, Blind, Ronny, RVP and Falcao. I believe United will be up there at the end of the season. I can not see Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham above United at the end of the season. The quality of United defensive line up this season is much better than that of last season. The full backs (Rafeal & Shaw) and the Center halves (Jones & Rojo) are better than the combination of Smalling, Jones, Evans and Evra as defensive line up for United last season. They did not have good bench last season. Above all, United have LVG this season. Last season they had MO(re)YES.

I see you have shown some of the old bad boys, but Carrick is the only one for me. Th rest you can get rid of in January they are all hopeless and contributed to last season’s dismal showing.
