Manchester United Starting XI come August?
Change is afoot at Manchester United and although the title is yet to be decided all eyes at Old Trafford will now be on the rebuilding project and who the team will look come autumn. Here’s how we think Manchester United may line up come the season opener.
De Gea – Manchester United’s number and surely Spain’s before long.
Rafa - Moyes must persist with Rafa as he’s a true Manchester United player.
Smalling – Has shown toward the end of the season that he’s Manchester United class – providing he plays at centre back.
Jones – True leader
Shaw – Manchester United will do extremely well to get such a sought after player and Chelsea fan.
Kroos – He would be very difficult to get but he’d also be a super player for Manchester United.
Carvalho – The youngster plays the game like a World Cup winner. Super composure and quality for a 21 year old.
Januzaj – Surely he’s get more game time next season?
Mata – Has to play number ten.
Townsend – Manchester United need more pace and at least another winger. This may be the shock signing.
Rooney – Talisman.
Manchester United fans – can you see this team lining up for The Reds next season? Discuss.
