Get Rid – 7 Manchester United sales that could generate £50m for Vidal and Reus

Get rid

Manchester United need to spend summer to bring in another 2 or 3 really special players. But they also want a happy squad moving forward and this means that a raft of players will surely leave.

We identify the most obvious target and speculate how much they could add to the transfer kitty.

BebeReports Friday suggest that a deal has been agreed with Benfica. We are pleased for the lad because he came from nothing and has forged a career for himself on the bad of the Manchester United move – price £4m.

Anderson – It’s easy to opine from afar that Anderson doesn’t necessarily take the best care of himself physically. In truth he has been unlucky with injuries and never had a long enough spell in the side due to various fitness issues. Finding a byre could be an issue after his poor loan spell in Fiorentina. We think that a return to Portugal or Brazil beckons – at a huge loss for Manchester United – price £5m.

Tom Cleverley – Not up to scratch. A purity of football vision for a midfielder and too passes sideways. £8m

Nani – Flickered brightly to start with but you sometimes wonder whether football is the right sport for him. £8m

Ashley Young – We hope that he leaves so that he doesn’t have to put up with any more of our scathing criticism. £8m

Darren Fletcher – The game seems to have quickened in his unfortunate absence and he doesn’t have the pace to or sharpness to anchor Manchester United’s midfield going forward. Although Carrick’s injury may force LvG’s hand if they don’t invest. £5m

Fellaini – He’s taken a battering fro the media since joining Manchester United. That’snot nice. But the fact is he doesn’t have the technique nor the pace for the centre of midfield and until United are in the second division they won’t require a number 10 like that. So, please Luis. Get rid! – £12m

Total: 50m squid to o towards Vidal and Marco Reus

Manchester United fans: Agreed on the departures?

I believe we should sell those and even more, laying aside the title of “English giants” Man Utd is a team comprised of way too many flops, because Fergie ( an all time great) could use them to win a title does not mean LVG can, a point fans need to understand. Signing the likes of Reus, Hummels, De Vrij, Depay Carvalho/vidal/schweinstiger/any good midfield signing and some others (my personal dream signing would be James Rodriquez, buh it seems impossible) will be a dream come true. I personally cant wait for the upcoming season, it would be thrilling for all fans and even the neutrals considering the availability of players in the market. Its gonna be amazing.
