Everton looking to bolster early with Dutch flyer?

You get that horrible feeling that David Moyes hasn’t quite finished with Everton yet.

He came in for Marouane Fellaini last summer and failed in a bid for Leighton Baines.

Might he try to once again sign the highly impressive right back Seamus Coleman this summer?

A sort of Dennis Irwin of the right flank Coleman can get up and down the wing all day long and offers superb deliveries into the box to boot. He’s been a revelation for Everton under Roberto Martinez with 35 appearances and 7 goals in all competitions.

We have said a couple of times over the last week we think Everton will manage to hold on to their better players this summer.

But they have been linked with the right back in latest news cycle.

A 24-year-old gem who has already played 13 times for Holland since his debut in 2012 he’s got a lot of games under his belt at club level and has had a particularly successful season this year.

Experience and youth is a wonderful combination. That’s Daryl Janmaat of Feyenoord. Highly regarded Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reckons that Everton are one of a clutch of clubs who are interested in his services and have scouted him of late.

There were numerous foreign clubs in Eindhoven (including Liverpool, Everton and Arsenal from England) in the stands to follow the talented internationals.

It is known that Stefan de Vrij and Daryl Janmaat like to make a transfer. However, their performances were not (yet) compelling enough to move soon to make a bid. But there were delegations, in particular from the Premier League teams, there yesterday

Let’s have a look at the lad in action. Everton fans – will you hold onto your big stars this summer even if you don’t finish fourth?
